About Me
Tanzeela Sadiq
I’m Tanzeela Sadiq, a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relational difficulties, and the patterns that keep us feeling stuck — no matter how hard we try to move forward. I offer both in-person sessions at my North Sydney practice and secure telehealth video sessions. You don’t have to carry it alone; together, we can find a way through.

My Approach
My approach is holistic and tailored to you. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I invite you to explore the deeper roots of what you’re experiencing — while recognising the strengths and resources you already carry.
Understanding what has shaped you, and reconnecting with your capacity for growth, is at the heart of how I work. Every treatment plan is different: I integrate evidence-based therapies thoughtfully, guided by what will best serve you.
My Philosophy
Psychological distress is not a sign that something is fundamentally wrong with you. Trauma, pain, and difficult patterns are deeply human — and like physical health conditions, they deserve compassionate, skilled, non-judgemental support.
Beneath most human suffering is a shared longing — to feel worthy, accepted, and unconditionally loved.
Through trauma processing, building inner resources, and cultivating a kinder relationship with yourself, I support clients in reconnecting with a deeper sense of safety, self-worth, and belonging.
In my own life, music, poetry, spirituality, meditation, and creative writing have been profound sources of healing. This has shaped my belief that recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all — part of our work may involve exploring your own unique pathways to feeling grounded and connected.
Growth is rarely linear. There will be moments of clarity and doubt, breakthroughs and setbacks. I hold space for all of it, without judgement or rushing — walking alongside you, at your pace, as you find your way back to yourself.
Ready to Begin?
If you’re ready to explore therapy in a safe, supportive space, I’d love to hear from you. Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation.
