🧠 Moral injury
Distress when professional responsibilities conflict with personal values, ethics or what someone believes is right
🧠 Anxiety & hypervigilance
Constant anticipation of something going wrong, difficulty relaxing, racing thoughts

How I Work
I draw on EMDR and Schema Therapy — two evidence-based approaches often used with trauma and long-standing patterns of distress — alongside CBT, ACT, IFS/parts-informed work and mindfulness, matched to what you actually need rather than a fixed protocol.
Therapy here isn’t only about fixing what’s broken. It can also be a space to understand your patterns, strengthen emotional resilience and build a steadier, more compassionate relationship with yourself — your mind needs a gym too.
In-Person & Telehealth Sessions
I offer both in-person sessions and secure, confidential video telehealth — whichever suits you best. My daytime hours in Australia (AEST) line up conveniently with evening and weekend availability for clients in Ontario, Canada, because your schedule shouldn’t be the barrier to getting support.
Curious how it works in practice? The FAQs cover session length, fees and Medicare rebates, or you can go straight to contact and book online.
